The highlight for us was the log fire that was lit upon our arrival, creating a comforting and inviting atmosphere after a long day of exploring the New Forest. It was a true luxury to have Bill come in every morning to relay the fire, ensuring that we always returned to a warm and cozy space. the secluded location surrounded by fields and gardens provided a peaceful and tranquil setting, perfect for enjoying a hot drink in the cold mornings while watching deer roam past the kitchen window. the convenient proximity to nearby towns and the coast allowed us to easily explore the area, while the peaceful surroundings and attentive host made our stay truly magical.
